I contacted the company and after some back and forth, the informed me my only recourse was to take it up with Lahout's where I purchased it. So, on the slim chance I could find some resolution, I went in and inquired about exchanging the hat, figuring I had no shot...Well, the owner, Ron was there and he took care of everything. He even let me pick out a comparably priced hat to leave with to keep my head warm! Truly a business owner who "gets it." I am certainly hoping he was able to get a credit from the hat manufacturer. I'll forever be a grateful and loyal customer. Also, he employs the coolest sales folks who always make me and my family smile.
